All our products are handmade and farm-produced. Minor variations in color, texture, or taste are natural and do not indicate defects. Product images on the site are for reference only.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are in INR. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Once an order is placed and payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or payment issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines depend on your location. Delays due to courier or weather are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@orchardatsarai.com with your order details and photos.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, website use, or service delays.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
