At Orchard at Sarai, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you fresh, safe, and exactly as described. Since our products are natural, handmade, and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (including ghee, pickles, chutneys, and other farm-made items), we cannot accept product returns. Once shipped, items cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds or Replacements

We will issue a refund or replacement only if:

If this happens, please email us at support@orchardatsarai.com  or WhatsApp 9910204157 within 48 hours of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the product and packaging, and
  
  
• A short description of the issue.
  
  

Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund (processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days).

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us directly. After this window, we begin processing and cannot accept cancellations.

4. Non-Returnable Items

All edible and perishable items — such as ghee, pickles, chutneys, or condiments — are non-returnable.

5. Shipping Errors or Lost Parcels

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected time or has shipping issues, please reach out to us at support@orchardatsarai.com so we can resolve it promptly with our courier partner.
