Refund and Return Policy

At Orchard at Sarai, we take pride in offering carefully handcrafted, natural food products such as chutneys, pickles, and other homemade delicacies. As these items are perishable and made in small batches, our return and refund policies are defined accordingly.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the item has been delivered and opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please ensure:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially used jars of chutney, pickles, or any edible products.

  • Products not stored as per label instructions.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Refund Process:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment app again.

  2. Contact your card company or payment provider.

Shipping Returns (if applicable):
